Cornerstone To Provide Litigation Support Via Amicus Brief
Friday, February 9, 2018 9:45 AM

Cornerstone, in collaboration with the Credit Union National Association, is drafting an amicus brief to be filed on behalf of a member credit union that is currently engaged in litigation over the ADA website issue.

An amicus brief is a legal document filed in court by non-litigants with a strong interest in the outcome of the case. Such briefs advise the court of relevant additional information or arguments that the court may wish to consider.

If your credit union has been sued on the ADA website issue and you have decided to defend the case rather than settle, please contact Suzanne Yashewski, SVP Regulatory Compliance Counsel at or (512) 853-8516 to see if we may be able to file an amicus brief on your behalf as well.
