Cornerstone Needs Your Key Contacts
Monday, November 14, 2016 7:00 AM

Are you a key contact for an elected official? The Cornerstone Credit Union League is continuously adding to our Key Contacts list, and keeping that list updated is dependent upon our member credit unions—you!

Now that the elections are over, Congress and each state have some newly elected policymakers. It will be essential that we develop strong relationships with each, in addition to enriching the relationships we already have. Therefore, Cornerstone is asking for member credit unions to consider the relationships they have with those existing and newly elected lawmakers.

Key contacts can be credit union management, staff, volunteers, or members. They are individuals who have built relationships with policymakers at state and federal levels. These key contacts participate in effective grassroots efforts and build relationships with policymakers. Have you volunteered in a race for a newly elected official?

If you know of anyone, whether they are a credit union member, employee, board member or family member with an established relationship with an elected official, please let them know that the Credit Union Movement needs them.

For more information or to provide your key contact information, please enter it here: www.cornerstoneleague.coop/Key_Contacts.html. Or contact Cornerstone Political and Grassroots Director April Krause at akrause@cornerstoneleague.coop.
