Cornerstone Credit Union League to Survey Member CUs on their Communication Preferences

At the Cornerstone Credit Union League we aim to play a critical role in your foundation for success. One of the ways we are able to accomplish this is through communications with members and other interested parties. Through our various communication channels and publications, we strive to keep you up-to-date on what is happening in our industry, the regulatory and legislative arena, and in the market.

While we understand that relationships can be built on communication, we also appreciate that too much communication can cause people to disengage. Soon, you will be asked to participate in a communications readership survey. Our objective with the survey is to learn the communication preferences of our member credit unions.  The survey will help us better measure how, what, with what frequency, and on what channels we should communicate with you.  Your feedback will help us develop more effective communications strategies that cater to the needs of all members.
