Consumer Loan Documentation Focus of July 2 Webinar
Monday, June 23, 2014 6:40 AM

Proper loan documentation is essential to a lender’s ability to enforce the loan and to collect against the collateral. Consumer loan documentation is becoming more difficult and complex, and consumer regulatory disclosures are changing on a frequent basis. The Cornerstone Credit Union League, in partnership with Financial Education & Development, Inc., is offering a July 2 webinar titled, “Consumer Loan Documentation.”

Presented by well-known trainer Elizabeth Fast, this information-packed webinar will provide you with a thorough, up-to-date understanding of consumer loan documents and the perfection of security interests in both real and personal property collateral. It will also cover the applicable compliance rules under Reg B, Reg Z, and RESPA.
