Compliance Round-up of the Fed Rules and Their Impact on Your CU

Mark your calendars for the 2015 Compliance Seminar—Deposit Regulation Update, offered in Little Rock on Sept. 17 and Dallas on Nov. 5. If it's happening in 2015, this seminar addresses it.

2015 brings new challenges for credit unions on the federal side with regulatory changes and updates. The 2015 Compliance Seminar—Deposit Regulation Update focuses on the hot spots for deposit/share operations of the credit union. Attendees will examine UDAAP, Regulation CC holds, prepaid cards, remote deposit capture, third-party vendor management, and virtual branches, to name a few.

You'll also receive a CD containing:

  • Color-coded copy of the FFIEC BSA AML Examination Manual with changes highlighted;
  • Business account handbook for the proposed due diligence rules;
  • Handout on complaint management;
  • Handout on overdraft programs; and
  • 175-page handout to use during the program.

Attendees recommended include compliance officers, operations, BSA, membership service representatives, branch managers, trainers, and all share compliance personnel.
