The pre-conference workshop will be offered Sept. 22, and is titled, “Compliance ABCs – the Compliance Officer Basics.”

Presented by Credit Union Resources’ Steve Gibbs, this session serves to:

  • Examine the development of an effective compliance program;
  • Discuss the impact of regulatory sanctions and penalties;
  • Study basic policies and procedures necessary for an effective program;
