Caprock FCU helps children in local teddy bear hunt

by Cornerstone Credit Union League | May 20, 2020

Lions and tigers and bears oh my, or just bears—teddy bears. Caprock Federal Credit Union recently participated in a safe and pandemic-friendly bear hunt at its branches in Seminole and Lamesa, Texas.

The idea was to find teddy bears that you have lying around the house and placing them in your window or on your porch so kids could have a bear hunt throughout the town.

“The bear hunt was intended as a fun outing to get their minds off of things,” said Dale Hansard, president/CEO of Caprock Federal Credit Union. “I think this will become a tradition for us. It was touching to see how people drew together to help one another.”
