Several blocks from the beaches of Waikiki in Hawaii, Cornerstone Credit Union League's Deborah Rightmire, VP ALM Resources, presented the ALM Essentials and Implementation Workshops to Hawaii credit unions. The workshops took place Oct. 7-8, and are part of a recent collaboration between Cornerstone and the Hawaii Credit Union League (HCUL) to offer ALM services to their member credit unions.

HCUL President Dennis Tanimoto and his staff attended two additional sessions to learn more about the technical aspects of promoting and supporting the service.

"I have had the privilege of working with HCUL and the credit unions of Hawaii for a number of years," said Rightmire, "and I’m especially pleased that HCUL has chosen Cornerstone Credit Union League’s ALM Resources to provide ALM analysis and education to their credit unions.”

During her visit, Rightmire shared the story behind the Credit Unions Care initiative with HCUL employees and presented Wendy Kishida with a red CUs Care T-shirt. As association services manager, Kishida is instrumental in promoting the ALM service to Hawaii credit unions and making the annual ALM workshops a success.
