Audio Conference Tomorrow, June 8: Avoiding Compliance Violations in Advertising
Tuesday, June 7, 2016 6:25 AM

Special Audio Conference Hosted by the Cornerstone Compliance Council

Examiners and auditors are focusing on advertising more than ever.  Combined with the continual increase in social media advertising and the emphasis on avoiding unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP), it is no wonder credit unions' marketing and compliance teams are working extra hard to ensure compliant advertisements. Despite this effort, advertising continues to be a complicated issue due to the scattered regulatory requirements and the fact that required disclosures depend on the ad's content.
This training session will cover the keys to compliant advertisements and avoiding UDAAP claims.
