Arkansas FCU Selects Credit Union Resources to Conduct COO Search

Credit Union Resources has been selected to conduct a search for the position of chief operating officer for Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Jacksonville, Ark.

As the COO, this executive is responsible for the following areas: retail operations, sales and service, member experience, organizational support, facility and real estate management and construction, training, physical security, retail market analysis, call center optimization, and purchasing. The new COO will participate in the management of the credit union in close support of the president.

Chartered in 1956, Arkansas FCU offers 14 branch locations across the state, holds more than $1 billion in assets, and serves nearly 92,000 members. The executive search for Arkansas FCU’s COO will be led by Marcus Cotton, vice president of executive recruiting at Credit Union Resources.
