Monday, May 21, 2018 7:00 AM

We all know some credit union superstars, but how often do they receive the praise they've earned? Make sure the compliance professional you know gets a chance to be rewarded. Submit the name of your worthy nominee for the Compliance Professional of the Year award before Friday, May 25.

The purpose of the Cornerstone Credit Union League’s Compliance Professional of the Year award is to recognize an outstanding compliance professional’s achievements and contributions to the advancement of compliance in the credit union movement. The award, from Cornerstone’s Compliance Council, will be presented at this year’s Compliance and Audit Conference Aug. 8-10 in Oklahoma City.

Eligibility
The Compliance Professional of the Year nominee must be a paid credit union employee from a Cornerstone-affiliated credit union. Nominees should demonstrate leadership and vision for compliance initiatives within their respective credit union and beyond, demonstrate a commitment to furthering the compliance profession through active participation in Cornerstone’s Compliance Council, and serve as a positive role model and mentor to other compliance professionals.

Nominations and Forms
Any Cornerstone-affiliated credit union or chapter may nominate individuals for this award. Nominations may be made without regard to credit union or chapter boundaries. Complete the nomination form with as much data as can be obtained.
