Important Deadlines

January 29 Last day to submit contract and payment to secure 2015 booth price.
February 12 Last day to submit contract and secure early bird booth price.
March 4 Last day to submit:
  • Or revise company description (50 word max) for inclusion on program book.
  • Additional badge request(s) at $200 @ early rate. After this date, additional badges are $250 each.
  • Contract at regular booth price with 30 day net payment option.
Last day to cancel booth and receive a partial refund.
If payment is not received by Friday, March 4, 2015, booth will be released.
Booth contracts after this date require credit card payment.
March 14 Pre-conference attendee list sent to exhibitors.

Complete a contract before year end, and pay by January 29, 2016 to lock in 2015 pricing.

 Additional Exhibitor Registration

Two (2) complimentary full registrations (includes all but party) are included with each booth fee.

  • Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $200 for expo only through March 4, 2016.
  • After March 4, 2016, and on-site, the additional badge fee is $250 each for expo hall only.
  • Additional full conference registration (includes all but party) is $450 regardless of date.

A maximum of four (4) persons are allowed at one time in a booth.

There is no refund for cancellations of additional exhibitor registrants. Prices are subject to change.

Booth Confirmation
Mail your payment to: Cornerstone Credit Union League, Janine McBee - Annual Meeting Expo, 4455 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1100, Farmers Branch, TX 75244-5998. Full payment and complete online contract are required by Friday, March 4, 2016 to secure booth location and lock in booth price. Upon receipt of the contract and payment, confirmation of the booth space assigned will be sent via email.

If full payment is not received by Friday, March 4, 2016, booth space is subject to release.

If booth is purchased after March 4, 2016, payment by credit card (VISA, MC, Discover or AMEX) is required.

Booth Cancellation
All cancellations must be made to the Exhibits Manager.

If notification is received on or before February 12, 2016, all monies less a $500 administrative fee per booth, will be refunded.

Cancellations received February 12 until March 4, 2016, 50% of monies will be refunded.

Cancellations received after Friday, March 4, 2016 obligates exhibitor to full payment of the rental and forfeiture of all monies paid. No refunds will be made after Friday, March 4, 2016.

There are no refunds for additional badges.
