All booth spaces are assigned on a first-paid basis. Full payment is required by March 21, 2014. Mail your payment to or complete CC form:

Booth Rates and Payments

Standard Booth: $1,999
Premium Booth: $2,199
If booth is purchased after March 21, 2014, payment by credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX), is required.

Booth Fee Includes:

  • 10' x 10' booth space
  • Draped back wall - 8' high
  • draped side walls - 3' high
  • Company identification sign
  • Two complimentary full conference registrations
  • Carpeted ballroom expo area
  • One 6' skirted table & two chairs
  • Pre-attendee list - 3 weeks prior to the show date
  • Post attendee list - 2 weeks after the show date
  • Exhibitor name on conference website
  • Exhibitor listing & description in program book

 Additional Exhibitor Registration

Two (2) complimentary registrations are included with each 10x10 booth fee. Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $200 through Friday, March 21. After March 21 and on-site the additional badge fee is $250 each for expo hall only. A Full Conference registration (includes education) is $450 regardless of date. A maximum of four (4) persons, per booth allowed at one time. There is no refund for cancellations of additional exhibitor registrants. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Booth Confirmation
Complete Credit Card Form and return to Tamra Fairbrother via email at tfairbrother@cornerstoneleague.coop. Full payment and completed contract are required by Friday, March 21, 2014 or your reserved booth will be released. Upon receipt of both the contract and payment, confirmation of the booth space assigned will be sent via email. If booth is purchased after March 21, 2013, payment by credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX) is required.
Booth Cancellations
All cancellations must be made IN WRITING to the Exhibits Manager. If notification is received on or before Friday, February 21, 2014, all monies, less a $300 administration fee per booth, will be refunded. Cancellations received February 22, 2014 until March 21, 2014, 50% of monies will be refunded. Cancellations received after March 21, 2014, obligates exhibitor to full payment of the rental & forfeiture of all monies paid. No refunds will be made after March 21, 2014. There are no refunds for additional badges, marketing package registration, or program book advertising.
