Important Exhibitor Deadlines

  • Last day to submit revised company description.
  • Last day to submit additional badge request at the $200 rate (after this date, additional badges are $250).
  • Last day to submit contract at regular booth price with 30 days net payment options.
  • Last day to cancel booth and receive a partial refund.
March 20 Pre-conference attendee list sent to exhibitors and sponsors (Typically sent 3 weeks prior to and following the event. We do not include email or phone number when sent.)

Additional Exhibitor Registration

Two (2) complimentary full registrations are included with each booth fee (includes all but party & golf).

  • Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $200 for expo only through March 10, 2017.
  • After March 10, 2017, and on-site, the additional badge fee is $250 each for expo hall only.
  • Additional Full Conference registration is $450 regardless of date (includes all but party).
  • A maximum of four (4) persons are allowed at one time in a booth.

There is no refund for cancellations of additional exhibitor registrants. Prices are subject to change.

Booth Tear Down

Early dismantling is disruptive to the Exhibit Show. Therefore, exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of the exhibit prior to the official closing which is at 3:30 p.m. An early dismantle fee of $500 will be charged to any exhibitor Cornerstone determines to have begun packing and/or dismantling any portion of their exhibit prior to show closing. Failure to pay the assessed fine will result in losing their priority status in the next exhibit and exhibitor may be refused the opportunity to exhibit the following year.
