After 24 Years of Service, Carolyn Toalson to Retire as Oklahoma Central CU EVP
Monday, March 31, 2014 6:35 AM

Carolyn Toalson, executive vice president of Oklahoma Central CU, will retire on March 31 of this year.  She has been with the credit union for 24 years.

“All of us at Oklahoma Central CU congratulate Carolyn on her retirement after 24 years of solid contributions to the credit union and the industry. During her tenure, the credit union has grown beyond all recognition–a significant growth in assets, successful mergers, financial growth beyond our expectations–and Carolyn was an integral part of this success,” said Gina Wilson, president and CEO. “She has left some big shoes to fill, but her leadership and work with the senior staff has prepared them to continue the charge of ensuring the financial well-being of our members.”

Toalson joined Oklahoma Central CU in March 1990 as controller.  In January 1994, she was promoted to chief financial officer and currently serves as executive vice president. Toalson has served as a member of the Ssset/Liability Committee, Member Business Lending Committee and a trustee of the credit union’s 401(k) and profit sharing plans.  She is also a member of CUNA CFO Council, Credit Union of Oklahoma CFO Council, Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
