2017 ACH Boot Camp Basic Training

Come to this two-day Boot Camp and get "whipped into ACH shape"! Greenhorns, and seasoned veterans alike, WILL walk away from this two-day intensive Boot Camp with a fundamentally sound understanding of how the battle for compliant, efficient ACH operations can be won.

During this course, recruits will learn how to identify ACH Network participants - in all their forms; discover how familiarity with ACH Network terminology and payment formats can help in expediting the resolution of customer inquiries; learn why knowing where to access needed information in the ACH Rules Book is a WIN in today's ongoing compliance struggle; and why having a staff well-versed in ACH exception processing is a critical component of a financial institution's overall risk management program.

Presenter - Michael Peña, AAP

Michael PenaMichael is a Training Specialist on the Payments Education team at ePayResources.   He is an active staff member for ePayResources exclusive Payments Answerline™ where he assists members in resolving their payments-related questions and providing support for membership needs and information regarding various products and services available.

Prior to joining ePayResources Payments Education Team, Michael worked with several financial institutions where he held a variety of positions in, including Retail Banking, Wire Transfer, Deposit Operations, Card Services and Treasury/Cash Management.

Michael is a graduate of Plano East Senior High in Plano, TX where he earned his diploma and is working toward an Associate’s Degree in Business at Collin County Community College.  Michael earned his Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) in October 2016.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received less than five (5) banking days prior to the seminar date are not refundable. Cancellations received more than five (5) banking days must be received in writing and are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. Maximum of (1) transfer or substitute per registration. Cornerstone and ePay Resources reserve the right to make changes regarding locations and accommodations as needed.
