Thursday, November 5, 2015 6:20 AM

Cynthia Campbell

Cynthia Campbell is the director of Impact + Labs. She leads Filene’s Accessible Financial Services Incubator. She also takes the best of Filene’s research and innovation and works with credit unions to implement key findings that will impact their members and organization in positive and meaningful ways. Credit unions will be the recipients of her wisdom and expertise during Credit Union National Association's 2016 GAC in Washington, DC, Feb. 21-25.

Campbell came to Filene from Tinker Federal Credit Union ($3B in assets) in Oklahoma, where she served as VP of financial empowerment and developed TFCU's award-winning Financial Empowerment Program. Thousands attend the financial literacy workshops Tinker offers yearly and use the one-on-one financial counseling, REAL solutions products, online tools, and learning modules. Campbell also implemented Oklahoma’s first three in-school credit union branches in underserved areas. She is passionate about credit unions and financial services for the underserved.

You can see Campbell in person at the CUNA GAC, along with a lineup of other stellar speakers.
