2015 Chapter Leaders Conference—Move Forward With Us
Friday, September 4, 2015 6:35 AM

Online registration is now available for the 2015 Chapter Leaders Conference (CLC)!

The theme for this year is "Moving Forward—Together." The Chapter Leaders Conference is an opportunity for credit union chapter leaders to network, learn best practices, and share ideas on how to bring value to local credit unions and positively impact their respective communities via the chapter program.

Below are some important details for your information:

  • When & Where:  The conference will be held Nov. 12–13, at the Credit Union House in Oklahoma City. The CU House is located at 631 East Hill Street, and all events will be held there except for the Thursday evening social event.
  • Agenda:  You can view the 2015 agenda on the Chapter Leader's Conference website. You may notice that we have designed the agenda to reflect the main areas of focus for chapters, which also mirrors the requirements for the Chapter of the Year application.
  • Registration & Hotel Reservations:  To register for the event or reserve your hotel room, please visit the conference website. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites located at 741 North Phillip Avenue at a rate of $126/night.

Note the deadline for hotel reservations at the discounted conference rate is Monday, Oct. 12. Take advantage of the group rate and book early.
  • Travel Arrangements:  Cornerstone will reimburse travel and one night's lodging expense (room and tax only) for up to two designated representatives from each chapter. Chapter designees will be responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. For those planning to travel by air, you may want to shop and compare prices and flight schedules. Please refer to the conference agenda as you make your travel arrangements.

Thank you in advance for all you do to support the chapter program. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Gretchen Ziegler at
