  • Impact factors to consider when making decisions

Who Should Attend?
All credit union staff that need or want a basic understanding of their credit union’s financial health are encouraged to attend. Even if you're not responsible for your credit union’s financial management, you'll still benefit from this basic overview of your credit union’s overall financial picture.

Investment
Cost to Accounting and Finance Council Members is free. For non-members, the cost is $25 and includes a 2016 council membership.

Your Presenter:  Deborah L. Rightmire
Deborah L. Rightmire is vice president of asset/liability management for the Cornerstone Credit Union League. She manages the operations of ALM Resources and delivers semi-annual ALM analysis and consulting services to credit unions across the U.S. representing more than $100 billion in combined assets. Rightmire serves as a speaker for CUNA and leagues across the nation. She conducts presentations emphasizing financial statement and ratio analysis, policy formulation, liquidity analysis, and investment due diligence.

As a senior faculty member of Southwest CUNA Management School, Rightmire instructs, assists with curriculum development, and evaluates the Financial Management Strategic Initiative of each student’s three-year business plan.

Audiences benefit from Rightmire’s prior experience as a credit union field representative for Cornerstone, service on the board of directors and the Asset/Liability Management Committee (ALCO) of Metroplex Credit Union (now Resource 1 CU), and more than 35 years in the financial service industry.
